RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (August 7, 2005) Bonaccorsi Racing, Inc. announced today that road racer Paul Bonaccorsi will be racing for NASCAR Busch Series team MacDonald Motorsports in the Zippo 200 at Watkins Glen on August 13 th, 2005. Sponsored by Door Components Inc. an international supplier of custom doors and hollow metal products, Bonaccorsi is eager to bring his road racing talents to the Busch series.

Having endurance series experience at “the Glen,” Bonaccorsi is enthusiastic about his return to the famed road course and the opportunity to race with Randy MacDonald and his team. “Watkins Glen is a great track, and the fans are incredible,” said Bonaccorsi. “We’ve got our work cut out for us,” he added. “With only thirteen spots open for qualifying, our first priority is to secure one of those spots. After that, I’m looking to give the team a strong finish.”

Bonaccorsi is a roadracing veteran with multiple wins and top five finishes as a factory driver in the SCCA ProRacing SPEED World Challenge Series, as well as 3 National Road Racing Championships at the Valvoline Runoffs. He resides in Rancho Cucamonga with his wife and two children.

Qualifying for the Zippo 200 airs live on the SPEED Channel, August 13, 2005, 9:00 AM Eastern, 6:00 AM Pacific.

The race will be aired live on NBC, August 13th, 2005, at 2:00 PM Eastern, 11:00 AM Pacific.
